We cover the whole of the North West and Midlands of England not just Manchester and have members in Scotland , Bavaria and Guernsey.

New members are always welcome,  just contact Karen Doherty (see below).

In recent years we have had visits from David Southern and Jim Jefferies who gave an update of goings on at the club and answered questions from members.

We run coaches to selected games and send the odd carload to all the other matches. A number of members attend our European fixtures (when we qualify).

Jamie Is Player of the Year

Jamie Walker has been chosen by the Manchester Hearts members as player of the year for 2014/2015 Season.

Jamie was the clear winner with Ozturk in second and Gomis in third.

Votes also went to King, Zeefuik , Sow, Wilson and Pallardo.

The turnout was the highest we have had for a few years, reflecting the great season we have had and the wealth of talent on the field.

Jamie Walker Is overjoyed on hearing the news

Hearts embarked on a pre-seasons tour of Southern Ireland and a number of our members were there to follow the action. The successful results were celebrated  by sampling some of the local produce.

Pre-season also involved a local game against Preston North End and an insipid performance was decided by a bizarre goal gifted by Neil Alexander. The club may want to consider Bavaria for future pre-season jaunts where the local delicacies are just as ample and much cheaper.

There was also a summer trip to Norway by Dave Wilkinson who visited SK Brann Bergens ground where a statue of Roald Jensen was erected in 1995. Roald was hero of Norwegian football and a great player for Hearts during the  60’s & 70’s and Dave was pictured  next to the great mans statue.

Pre-Season Jaunt

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at the Gorgie Suite at Tynecastle following the game versus Hamilton Academical on the 7th November.

Players past and present were there to help the members young and old to celebrate.

Chairman John MacLean presented  Jamie Walker with his player of the year award in front of some of the current team and manger Robbie Neilson.

News of the clubs anniversary was reported in the local press  BuryTimes  and the Edinburgh Evening News.
